APPOINTMENTS
24/7 APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE.
SNACKS, MEALS & BREAKS
SNACKS AND MEALS AVAILABLE WITH ALL SERVICE TYPES. MEALS AND BREAKS ARE FOR SERVICES THAT ARE 6+ HOURS. DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR BOOKING.

DEPOSITS
A $100 DEPOSIT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL SERVICE BALANCE.
BOOKING FEE
A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE OF $25 FOR PREMIUM OR $50 FOR VIP IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. AFTER BOOKING, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. THIS BOOKING FEE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 2 HOURS OF SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT FULLY SECURED UNTIL THE BOOKING FEE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. IF THE FEE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 2 HOURS, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A $25 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. IF YOU WISH TO REBOOK, A NEW DEPOSIT AND BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED.

THE CLIENT IS RUNNING LATE
IT IS UP TO THE CLIENT TO CONTACT THE STYLIST IF UNABLE TO BE PRESENT AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME. THE $100 DEPOSIT WILL HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 90 MINUTES. AFTER THIS PERIOD, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. A NEW DEPOSIT AND BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE.
RESCHEDULING
ALL APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE RESCHEDULED WITH A 48+ HOUR NOTICE. THE DEPOSIT & BOOKING FEE IS TRANSFERRABLE IF THE NEW APPOINTMENT IS DATED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE. ONE RESCHEDULE ALLOWED PER DEPOSIT.
REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT
TO ENSURE SATISFACTION, SCHEDULED CHECKPOINTS WILL BE INCLUDED THROUGHOUT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THESE CHECKPOINTS ALLOW THE CLIENT TO REVIEW THE PROGRESS AND PROVIDE APPROVAL BEFORE MOVING FORWARD. SUBSECTIONS AND CHECKPOINTS WILL BE DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON PRIOR TO THE START OF THE INSTALLATION. THE FINAL CHECKPOINT WILL OCCUR WHEN APPROXIMATELY 80% OF THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE. AT THIS POINT, THE SERVICE WILL PAUSE TO COLLECT THE REMAINING BALANCE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH COMPLETION.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION IN ADHERING TO THIS POLICY, WHICH HELPS MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS OF LABOR-INTENSIVE WORK.

ABOUT 2 INCHES OF NATURAL HAIR IS NEEDED FOR STYLES XXSMALL TO MEDIUM. THICK HAIR MAY NEED TO BE AT LEAST 3 INCHES.

ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN IS WELCOME (AND STRONGLY SUGGESTED) IF ACCOMPANYING A CLIENT WHO IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. NO EXTRA GUEST FOR ANY OTHER REASON IS ACCEPTABLE.

Braiding, to me, is more than just a style — it's an art form and a cultural tradition that honors our African American roots. As a Compton, California native with deep Louisiana and Texas ties, I celebrate the rich heritage of African American braiding as a way to embrace artistry, protect our hair, and simplify daily self-care.
As a licensed cosmetologist, I am qualified to offer shampoo and conditioning treatments, scissor and clipper cuts, hair color, and scalp treatments — all designed to enhance your hair care experience. I specialize in working with tender-headed clients and those with long, thick hair, ensuring a gentle and stress-free service.
